With On-Site Support Service, Dematic provides a team of trained mechanical and/or electrical technicians at the customer’s site – usually on a short-term basis – to ensure all equipment is operating according to specifications. This could be during system launch, a major system overhaul or to establish a site-specific maintenance program. This team of skilled professionals provides technical support, preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance, and troubleshooting on a daily basis.

 



Equipment Safety Assessment


Equipment safety is essential. A Dematic Equipment Safety Assessment, conducted in accordance with local accident prevention regulations, will identify specific areas in a material handling system that pose a potential safety liability.


Often combined with regularly scheduled maintenance, an Equipment Safety Assessment will determine whether equipment is operationally safe at the time the check is performed.
