Swing Arm
Diverter
When activated
the SA120 diverter arm swings
out and delivers packages
in a single, sure motion
to an adjacent conveyor or
chute. The arm is driven
by a cam, powered with a
2 HP motor. The SA120 is
economical and provides positive
diverts for a wide range
of products, regardless of
their condition.
Wheel Sorter
For moderate
rate sortation, this pop-up
wheel sorter is simple and
well proven. The WS125 consists
of a belt conveyor with two
rows of skewed wheels at
each divert point. Depending
on sort speed and package
weight, one or both sets
of wheels may be powered.
Diverts take place when the
wheels lift and steer product
off the belt surface and
on to a take-away conveyor.
Steerable Roller Sorter
The steerable
roller sorter adds the ability
of bidirectional sortation.
The ability to sort to both
sides of the conveyor allows
the sorter to be shorter,
saving space and lessening
cost. Special compound, high
friction rollers lift and
turn, to gently convey products
to their destination. |
